  • 1. Your Agreement
    • 1.1 This website http://www.iwander.com is operated by PT. SMB, an Indonesia incorporated company. Please read these terms of use (“this Terms of Use”) carefully before using the iwander Platform and the services offered by iwander , its affiliated companies) or the third-party operators (the “Operator”) through the iwander Platform (the “Services”). “You” and “your” when used in this Terms of Use includes (1) any person who accesses the iwander Platform and (2) persons for whom you make a purchase of the Services.

    • iwander reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or modify any part of this Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.     • This iwander Platform, the domain name (www.iwander.com), subdomains, features, contents offered periodically by iwander in connection therewith are owned and operated by iwander.
    • Subject to this Terms of Use, iwander may either offer to provide the Services by itself or on behalf of the Operators, as described in further detail on the iwander Platform. The Services that have been selected by you on the iwander Platform are solely for your own use, and not for the use or benefit of any third party. The term “Services” includes but is not limited to the use of the iwander Platform, any Services offered by iwander by itself or on behalf of the Operators on the iwander Platform. iwander may change, suspend or discontinue any Services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database or content. iwander may also impose limits or conditions on certain Services or restrict your access to any part or all of the Services without notice or liability.
    • iwander does not guarantee that the Services will always be available or uninterrupted. iwander will not be liable to you if for any reason the Services are unavailable at any time or for any period. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Services. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Services through Internet connection are aware of this Terms of Use and other applicable terms and conditions for the Services, and that they comply with them.
    • If you link to the iwander Platform, iwander may revoke your rights to so link at any time, at iwander ’s sole discretion. iwander reserves the right to require prior written consent before linking to the iwander Platform.
  • 4. Platform and Content
    • All materials displayed or performed on the iwander Platform including but not limited to text, data, graphics, articles, photographs, images, illustrations, video, audio and other materials (“Content”) are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights. This iwander Platform and the Content are intended solely for your personal and non-commercial use of the Services and may only be used in accordance with Terms of Use.
    • If iwander agrees to grant you access to the iwander Platform and/or the Content, such access shall be non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited license to access the iwander Platform in accordance with this Terms and Use. iwander may, at its absolute discretion and at any time, without prior notice to you, amend or remove or alter the presentation, substance or functionality of any part or all of the Content from the iwander Platform.

  • 6. Reservation and Booking
    • To secure your spot on an Iwander Travel journey, a reservation must be made through our official website or authorized booking partners.
  • 7. Eligibility and Responsibility
    • Participants must ensure they meet any visa requirements, health conditions, and fitness levels specified for the chosen itinerary. Travelers are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents and vaccinations, as well as any associated costs.
  • 8. Travel Insurance
    • I Wander Travel strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. It is the traveler’s responsibility to arrange suitable insurance coverage.
  • 9. Itinerary Changes
    • While I Wander Travel endeavors to adhere to the planned itineraries, unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control may necessitate changes. We reserve the right to modify or adjust the itinerary, accommodations, activities, and schedules, ensuring the overall quality of the trip remains uncompromised.
  • 10. Health and Safety
    • The well-being of our travelers is of utmost importance. Participants are required to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions and allergies before the trip. I Wander Travel takes all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
  • 11. Behavior and Respect
    • Travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward fellow participants, guides, locals, and the environment. Any behavior that disrupts the group’s harmony or violates local customs will not be tolerated.
  • 12. Environmental Stewardship
    • As advocates of responsible tourism, I Wander Travel encourages participants to practice eco-friendly habits during their journey. This includes minimizing waste, adhering to designated trails, and respecting wildlife and natural habitats.
  • 13. Cancellation and Refunds
    • If a participant needs to cancel their reservation, refunds are subject to our cancellation policy outlined on our website. The non-refundable deposit will be retained to cover administrative costs and expenses incurred.
  • 14. Group Size and Minimum Participation
    • Each trip has a minimum required number of participants to proceed. In the unlikely event that the minimum is not reached, I Wander Travel reserves the right to cancel the trip. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative trip or a full refund.
  • 15. Photography and Media
    • I Wander Travel may capture images, videos, or testimonials during the journey for promotional purposes. Participants grant permission for the use of such media without any compensation or liability.
  • 16. Traveling with Minors
    • Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent, and specific itineraries may have age restrictions. I Wander Travel must be notified in advance if a minor is partaking in a trip.
